Two events, one finished
Dead of Night is the game's own Halloween update, with acts dated 20, 24, and 31 October 2026 on the changelog. Act 3 shipped on 31 October with Werewolf and Zombie masteries.
The Hollow was a Roblox platform quest that ran 22 October through 2 November 2026 and has now ended. Dead Rails was one task inside that quest, not a rename of the whole game.

Questions
Why is Dead Rails 16?
Sixteen is the player cap for one run, not an age rating. The official Roblox label is Maturity: Moderate.
Is Dead Rails free?
Yes. The Games API lists the experience as free. Robux purchases exist for game passes, bonds, and revives, and those are optional.
Can I play Dead Rails in the browser without Roblox?
The Roblox experience does not ship a standalone web build. Pages that iframe a game called Dead Rails 2 are different titles.
Are there Dead Rails codes?
There is no promo-code redeemer. Players use bank combinations, safe combinations, ripped notes, and party join codes.
