Dead Rails does not offer custom keybinds inside the experience, according to a Roblox controls write-up. Sensitivity and graphics live in the Roblox client settings.

Before you reinstall

Check fuel and the driver seat before you call it a glitch.
Leave and rejoin with a party code if the server dropped you.
Lower Roblox graphics if the client is the thing stuttering, not the train.

Why is my mouse stuck in Dead Rails?

Roblox captures the cursor while you look around. The usual release is the Roblox menu key. Exact labels are on the mouse page, with the unverified ones marked.

The train will not move.

Someone has to sit in the driver seat, the train needs fuel, and it does not reverse. A stuck train on the track is also a known glitch.
