Get the ghost hat

  1. Find the black hat. Look on Lincoln's Train; it is not sold by the Tailor.
  2. Burn it. Use a normal train furnace to summon a hostile Lincoln ghost. Prepare for combat first.
  3. Defeat the ghost. Collect and equip the green hat it drops.

Questions

Is the top hat only cosmetic?
